Battling Rules
1.For all battles you must tell me {Gotenks} that you and someone would like to battle. I will set a date if one or both
of you can't make it I will popone the battle.
2. I will reff all battles. If you don't listen I'll kill you.
3.All Physical attacks {such as punch, kick, ect...} Aren't Affected by Ps rule. { More information at the end of
page}
4.Advanced Ki attacks are finishing moves. These attacks can only be used if the oppenent has half or less of their life
left.
5. If your Speed is 10,000 higher than oppenent you dodge all attacks.
6. The higher your D the less damage you will take.
